A quick story…a beer business client once told me how much she enjoyed the Financial Roundtable meetings they used to have.
They would meet once a quarter with other beer businesses, and share ideas and financial best practices. The meetings would include the financial folks, but also operations people and business owners.
I thought this was a really cool idea. We all work hard on our business and try to figure out things on our own.
How cool would it be if we had a place to come together and share ideas about how to improve the financial and operational parts of our brewery?
