Year end financial procedures focus on two areas:

  1. Compliance items
  2. Value-added items

Compliance items include filing 1099s and updating W-9s. These are important, need to be done, but don’t add much ‘value’ to your brewery business.

Value-added items are things like reviewing vendor contracts and looking at pricing, terms, options and areas to save money in the new year.

This year-end Checklist can help you uncover lots of areas to add value, decrease costs, improve margins, or take advantage of tax credits that are available to you.
