Simple Model to Solve Brewery Problems

Category: Operations

We’ve all sat in long, pointless meetings that drag on endlessly and lead nowhere.

No decisions. No actions. No results. And no fun for anyone.

Here’s an idea you can try in your brewery to break the cycle of bad meetings and indecision.  It’s called the 4 C’s.

The 4 C’s stand for: Collect, Choose, Create and Commit. This is a problem solving model that engages your team in the process of identifying issues, brainstorming solutions, and implementing action items to make real change.

The inspiration for this problem solving model is from the Workshopper Playbook by Jonathan Courtney.
