Brewery owners are always on the lookout for ways to reduce spending.

“If I eliminated this cost, would I really lose revenue or profits?”
Fifer suggests that you be very specific when answering this question.
For example, how and where will you lose revenue and profits?
“If you can’t figure how and where,” Fifer says, “then you don’t need the cost.”
