Here\u2019s how it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1-hour calls, once a week for 4-weeks to walk through budget preparation<\/p>\n

The call can be done via Zoom so we can screen share, and will cover any questions you have on the budget process<\/p>\n

After each call, I create customized videos to help with your financial plan this year (and will serve as a reference that you can use in years to come)<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the 4-weeks, you will have a completed financial plan, ready to use in your beer business<\/p>\n

Frequently Asked Questions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Q: Can I invite other members of my management team to the zoom meetings?<\/p>\n

A: Yes. Typically, the meetings will include one or two other key managers. But you are free to invite as many (or as few) of your team as you like.<\/p>\n

Q: Do you provide templates or models to help us build out the budget?<\/p>\n

A: Yes, we will go over the models for the sales, margins, and operating expenses.<\/p>\n

Q: How much time will this take for us to complete the budget?<\/p>\n

A: We\u2019ll meet once a week, for an hour each time, for four weeks. So, plan on four hours of meeting time.<\/p>\n

At the end of each meeting, there will be \u2018homework\u2019 for each of us to do in advance of our next meeting.<\/p>\n

This may involve following up on open questions or gathering more data needed for the financial plan. Time will vary, but plan on at least a couple of hours each week outside of our meeting times.<\/p>\n
