Brewery expansion.  Your brewery is growing. You’re faced with the decision to invest more money in equipment and personnel to keep up with demand. How much will everything cost? How will you get the money? How will you pay it back?

I’ve been there and done that. It’s scary to borrow lots of money and hope that the investment pays off.  With the CFO in a Box service I will walk you step-by-step through the process to project sources and uses, create a cash flow plan, and assess the return on investment.

Taproom financials. You know the taproom makes money, but how much exactly? The financial reporting wasn’t set up to measure taproom results separately from the brewery operation. Moreover, no one really has a good handle on the financial aspects of the taproom – gross margins, fixed and variable operating costs, and cash flows.

With CFO in a Box, we’ll work together to create your taproom financial reports, identify and correct any process or control problems, and implement strategies to increase sales and profits.

Self-distribution. Selling and delivering your own beer is hard. You invest big money in vans, trucks and warehouse equipment. Collecting money from retail accounts is a major pain (and a cash flow drain).  Managing sales people and delivery drivers takes a lot of time that you don’t have.

Self-distribution is a ‘business within a business’ and is entirely different from running a brewery.
